We channel our passion for the food, produce and people of Tasmania into creating unique gourmet holiday experiences that offer intimate dining experiences, big flavours and a chance to meet the producers behind some of the world’s best food.

We run a limited number of week-long hosted tours to Tasmania each year. These journeys offer a seat at the table of some of the island’s best restaurants and some we’ve created especially for you. You’ll taste abalone and oysters plucked fresh from the ocean, feast on cheeses crafted by masters and enjoy globally lauded wines, sparklings and liquors.

Join us for a luxury, fully hosted tour of the food, wine, and hospitality that Tasmania is famous for. Her relationships with local chefs and producers have resulted in tours that are full of exclusive experiences and unforgettable moments. Alix is joined by her husband John (JD), who has been an enthusiastic plus-one on her global and local culinary adventures and traces his Tasmanian heritage back to the convicts. JD embodies Tasmanian hospitality and is on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly - and if you’d like to share a drink and a story with him, he can do that too!
